At ClosetsQueen, we take pride in our handcrafted jewelry pieces made by traditional artisans in Jaipur. Each piece is unique, with slight variations that add to its individuality. The natural stones may vary slightly, and all our products undergo thorough quality control before shipping.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damage During Transit: If your order arrives damaged.
  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

If you meet these conditions, you may return the items exactly as they were received (unworn, with original packaging).

5 Steps to Making a Return

1. Notify Us Within 3 Days

2. Provide Product Photographs

  • Before we arrange for the return, send us a photograph of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Our Quality Control team will assess the issue and decide if the product is approved for return.

3. Return Window

  • Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • No exchanges are allowed in cases other than damaged or defective products.

4. Arrange Return Shipping

  • Once your return is authorized, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods from you.
  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with all related documents.

5. Refund or Replacement

  • We will replace the item free of charge if possible.
  • If a replacement isn’t available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned shipment.

Important Notes

  • Notification Period: We are not liable for any returns not notified within 3 business days of product receipt.
  • Refund Details: Refunds include the purchase price of the jewelry and shipping charges.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds Will Be Issued in the Following Cases:

  • Genuine Quality Issues: Verified by our Quality Control team.
  • Packages Lost in Transit: Failure during shipping.
  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If we discover the wrong item was sent to you.

No Refunds Will Be Given in the Following Cases:

  • Incorrect or Outdated Delivery Address: Provided by the customer.
  • Delivery Failures: After 3 failed attempts by our courier agent.
  • Package Refusal: If the recipient refuses the package.
  • Sizing Issues: Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.
  • Used or Damaged Returns: Products returned in used or damaged condition.
  • Minor Variations: In color and design due to the handmade nature and use of natural stones.
  • Non-Faulty Items: If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.

Made-to-Order Items:

  • If a made-to-order request is placed and subsequently canceled by the customer:
    • 25% of the product cost will be deducted.
    • The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

Repair Services

  • Items Over 6 Months Old:
    • Repairs are available on a chargeable basis for gold-plated and silver ornaments.
    • The cost varies depending on the nature of the repair and materials required.
    • An estimate will be provided after physical examination by the ClosetsQueen team.
